NO PEOPLE, I’M NOT PREGO AGAIN! HA!
Wyatt got an unexpected gift from his little girlfriend, Sophie, the other day. His very first pet. A hermit crab. His name, for now, is Viking Ear. Don’t ask.
Wyatt is a little obsessed with the crab, wanting to shake his cage at every chance possible. “Wake up CRAB!” He has also requested to bathe with the creepy-looking crab, which after pondering, I figured wasn’t a great idea. This little squiggler drove all the way with Sophie from Iowa and she was so excited to give Wyatt his gift, that when she was running up to Wyatt, crab cage in hands, she face planted onto the cement, launching Viking Ear in the process. The four parents had a hard time keeping a straight face, in fact, I might have laughed out loud. He survived, I think. He doesn’t move much so it’s hard to tell if he sustained brain damage from the whole ordeal.

Speaking of Wyatt and his girlfriends… I have to admit, it’s super cute how Wyatt flirts. But it’s getting a bit ridiculous. Last time my parents were in town, we took the kids to the “big slide park” and we witnessed Wyatt flirting with the teenage girls running the rides. So much so, they would let him budge in line! WHAT? Get back to the end of the line child. No one is that good. One of the girls actually approached my parents and told them what a cute grandchild they had, then giggled and walked away. Seriously. I may be in trouble in a few years.

I was there…..this actually happened, not once, but several times. Keith’s reaction: “I always knew he’d be trouble with the girls, but at age 3??” and shook his head.
